Job summary

IP Corporation is seeking a QC Lab Technician to perform laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications. You will document results, support investigations, and maintain calibration of lab equipment in a controlled onsite South Bend facility.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in a laboratory or quality control role is preferred.
• Experience in chemical or manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Follow standard test methods and procedures to ensure accurate results.
• Record and analyze test data and report findings.
• Verify that products meet quality specifications and standards.
• Support troubleshooting and investigation of quality issues.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Document results and maintain accurate lab records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Communicate results and issues to Production and Quality teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
