Qualifications

• Reads and understands SOPs, safety manuals, and QC terminology.
• Performs basic mathematical calculations and statistics.
• Maintains safe and healthy work practices in lab and plant environments.
• Has basic computer knowledge.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final testing on products using specifications and SOPs.
• Communicate testing results to production personnel promptly to ensure product quality.
• Prepare Certificates of Analyses to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Follow ISO 9001 quality standard within their scope of influence.
• Prepare customer sample requests and shipment paperwork.
• Work on assigned projects independently and report results to the QC Supervisor.
