Job summary

Jowat, a global leader in industrial adhesives, is seeking a QC Lab Technician in High Point, NC. The role focuses on testing finished product samples using ISO 9001 methods and in-house procedures, with hands-on use of viscometers, scales, pH meters and a colorimeter.

Shift: night Thu–Sun, 6:00 pm–6:00 am. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a lab setting, familiarity with ISO standards and data analysis, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-3 years of lab technician experience.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems preferred.
• Hands-on experience in laboratory environments and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze in-process and final batches.
• Verify material analyses meet specifications and document results.
• Prepare QC reports and label nonconforming batches.
• Notify production of out-of-spec material and determine disposition.
• Maintain lab areas and manage reagents and waste.
