PLZ Corp is seeking a line operator in Missouri to support production, monitor weights and codes, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. You will read work orders, perform line checks, and verify data in SPC and SAP systems.

The role emphasizes adherence to GMP, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving to reduce defects and maintain product quality during shifts from 5:00pm to 3:30am.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or better required.
• Read and decipher production codes.
• Maintain GMP and food safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Follow work orders and packaging instructions.
• Perform line checks and monitor weights and codes.
• Enter data in SPC and SAP systems as needed.
• Ensure quality and food safety specifications.
• Assist with line downtime and defect reduction.
