Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Quality Assurance in a food/beverage manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong attendance and reliability are essential for shift-based QA roles.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a safe, healthy workplace.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate with the team effectively.
• Ability to perform simple math, measurements, conversions, and apply formulas for run rates.
• Capable of leading by example and collaborating with the QA team and production.
• Strong reasoning to follow written or oral instructions and solve problems.
• Basic computer skills to operate production and QA systems.
• Proven time management to follow standard work instructions and shift requirements.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure analytical, microbiological, sensory attributes and corporate quality requirements are met.
• Perform laboratory testing and verify equipment calibration and operation.
• Monitor facility compliance with SQF, GMPs, food safety, labeling and internal standards.
• Collaborate with production to implement quality checks and communicate results.
• Assist with audits, document results, and maintain records.
