Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a QA Lead for the Night Shift in Casa Grande, AZ, from 7:00pm to 7:30am. The role focuses on attaining and maintaining quality for bottles per drawings, specs and procedures, with leadership duties and support to training personnel.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in manufacturing, 6 months quality experience, and leadership aptitude. Responsibilities include guiding safety, quality, and GMP adherence and coordinating inspections and data collection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in manufacturing.
• Minimum of 6 months quality experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and enforce safety, health, GMP, and company quality policies.
• Lead quality activities across shifts and departments.
• Maintain quality reports and documentation; coordinate heldware and rework.
• Develop and analyze data, control charts, and product specs for quality objectives.
• Assist in customer complaints investigations and corrective actions.
