Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Packaging Specialist for the Casa Grande, AZ location. Night shift runs 7:00pm to 7:30am and focuses on safe, efficient packing and line operations.

Role involves inspecting, packing, and basic line support, with emphasis on quality and adherence to GMP policies. Prior manufacturing exposure and strong communication skills are valued; light travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Candidate should maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within prescribed routines.
• Demonstrates collaboration and proactive teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Inspect finished product for defects and ensure pack accuracy.
• Assist in rework and heldware as needed to complete tasks.
• Train regular and temporary workers in stacking, packing quality and case machines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and complete required documentation.
• Limited travel may be required.
