Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group seeks a Quality Assurance/Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accuracy across the product life cycle from receiving to shipping. Reports to the Manager of QA/Inventory Control and collaborates with colleagues and customers in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with strong multitasking.
• Overtime flexibility as required by business.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and quality across the full product life cycle from receiving to shipping.
• Compile and compose reports in support of department objectives.
• Review records and processes for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Maintain polite, professional communication with coworkers and customers.
• Input and review data using various reporting systems.
