Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Melrose Park, IL seeks an entry-level to mid-level quality control/inspection role. Responsibilities include visual product inspection, accurate documentation, and adherence to SOPs and cGMPs.

The position supports manufacturing operations on the night shift with an hourly rate of $19.91 and a $1.75 overnight differential. The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years pharmaceutical experience preferred, and solid math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Basic math skills to perform required calculations.
• Visual ability to detect defective vials.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must maintain acceptable visual acuity.
• Must be able to maintain visual inspection qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects products for defects and documents results.
• Sets up, adjusts, and operates inspection equipment.
• Performs and documents start-up procedures for filling operations.
• Performs quality checks on products and reconciles batch records.
• Loads/unloads vials and handles pallets of product.
• Complies with SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
