Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects products for defects.
• Documents work accurately and timely.
• Complies with current SOPs and cGMPs.
• Sets up, adjusts, and operates equipment such as inspection machines and cappers.
• Performs and documents start-up procedures for filling operations (e.g., filter integrity test, line clearance).
• Performs and documents quality checks on product.
• Calculates percent defective on inspection results and reconciles components on batch records.
• Loads and unloads vials from turntables and handles pallets of product.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
