Cynet Health is seeking an RN - Psych for a 13-week assignment in Madison, WI. The role requires Behavioral Health RN experience with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, night shifts (12 hours), and a focus on adult and geriatric mental health conditions. A current RN license and BLS from AHA are mandatory.

The position includes weekend rotation with float requirements as needed; travel nursing concepts apply, with emphasis on safe, compassionate care in a multi-disciplinary team setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health RN experience.
• Current RN license is required.
• BLS certification (AHA) required.
• Psych-focused experience with lower patient ratios preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evening/Night shifts; 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM).
• Primary role will not involve medication distribution.
• Float as needed based on census and operational needs.
• Care for adults and geriatrics with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and anxiety disorders.
