CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations at our Surprise, AZ sites. You will schedule and supervise in-field cleaning crews, provide hands-on training, and perform site visits using a company vehicle to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to schedules.

The role requires previous supervisory experience and bilingual English/Spanish abilities, along with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations.

This Night Project Manager will be responsible for:

• - Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• - Hands on training
• - Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• - Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• - Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• - Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• - Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• - Other tasks and administrative duties

Necessary Experience:

• - Past supervisory experience
• - MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• - Driver's License and good driving record
