Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations, schedule and supervise field cleaning crews, and ensure quality across multiple sites.

This full-time role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver's license, and a proven supervisory background. The position is based in Tempe, AZ, with a night shift and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience.
• Must be bilingual (English / Spanish).
• Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-field cleaning crews.
• Make multiple site visits per night for QA.
• Manage and order cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Track employee hours and pay using company software.
• Coordinate with branch managers to complete tasks and projects daily.
• Observe facility and safety rules.
• Perform other tasks and administrative duties.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties

• Driver’s License and good driving record
