Davis Archway in Butler, PA, is seeking a part-time Program Assistant to support daily operations and assist clients on their recovery journey. You will help maintain a safe, supportive environment and facilitate activities in the detox and residential setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement to clients throughout detox and residential treatment.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment, following facility policies and procedures.
• Help facilitate therapeutic sessions and recreational activities.
• Complete shift reports for the clinical team.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall effectiveness of the treatment program.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities as required.
