Job summary

Davis Archway in Butler, PA is seeking a compassionate Program Assistant to support daily operations and assist clients on their recovery journey. This in-person, part-time role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference within our treatment facility.

You will join a dedicated team, perform shift duties during the late evening to early morning hours, help facilitate activities, complete reports, and uphold confidentiality and professionalism while delivering patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or human services is desirable but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement to clients throughout detox and residential treatment experience.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, ensuring adherence to facility policies and procedures.
• Help facilitate therapeutic sessions and recreational activities.
• Complete shift reports for the clinical team.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall effectiveness of the treatment program.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities as required.
