Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience.
• Food manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start up and check equipment for preventative maintenance and proper setup.
• Perform pre-shift sanitation and ensure surfaces contacting product are clean.
• Perform quality checks on lids, packaging, weights, codes, and case inspections.
• Read daily production schedule and identify product-specific requirements.
• Comply with GMP, safety procedures, and FSMA preventive controls.
• Communicate problems to appropriate personnel and coordinate status.
• Maintain daily production efficiency and sanitation tasks.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Follow all food safety policies and regulatory criteria.
