Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Production (Nights) to lead a high-tech manufacturing team in Burnet, TX. The role focuses on safe operations, quality, and on-time delivery, with day-to-day coaching and ISO-compliant practices.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-tech environment, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus. The shift is a 3-2-2-3 rotation from 6pm to 6am.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; proactive problem-solving.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 45000 standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 70 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and training to technicians.
• Delegate work assignments, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Conduct critical-to-quality audits and document outcomes.
• Maintain a safe work environment with PPE use and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to meet quality and cost targets.
• Lead 6S activities and support process improvements with Engineering.
• Support internal, customer, and ISO audits.
