Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator for night shifts in Dallas to manage daily production floor operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.

The role requires adherence to GMP and food safety standards, accurate hourly reporting, and proactive communication with shift leadership. Candidates should be able to work a 12-hour night schedule and maintain high attendance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0 years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• Preferred: 2 years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education

Responsibilities

• Operate production line(s) daily to meet safety, quality and throughput targets
• Complete quality and production reports hourly; inspect products and report defects
• Follow GMP and Food Safety standards; adhere to safety guidelines and housekeeping requirements
• Maintain appropriate raw material levels to minimize downtime on lines
• Troubleshoot minor production line issues and cover relief duties when needed
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance; work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
