Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking a Chemical Process Operator in Wisconsin. This 3rd shift role (6PM–6:30AM) with a 5-2-2-5 schedule requires every other weekend, and entails operating chemical processes, recording data, and supporting safety and regulatory programs.

Your responsibilities include adjusting process variables, maintaining logs, and participating in essential trainings. The position reports to the Production Supervisor, with competitive benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical processes per SOPs and adjust variables as required.
• Record ingredients, weights, and temperatures in the database.
• Fill out vessel batch logs, reports, and check sheets as assigned.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and participate in safety trainings.
• Assist with tank transfers, loading/unloading, and sampling as needed.
• Report deviations to shift supervisor and escalate safety concerns.
