Job summary

Hydrite Chemical USA in Waterloo, IA, is seeking a Production Operator to load, unload and manufacture liquid products while packaging finished goods. You will follow SOPs, maintain quality and safety, and support a team-driven environment.

Shifts are 8pm–6:30am CST, Monday–Thursday, with training on first shift and shift premium retained during training. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered by Hydrite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years experience in chemical processing or manufacturing.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• During pre-employment, a drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect containers thoroughly before filling.
• Clean reactors prior to manufacturing following GMP SOPs.
• Use prescribed safety equipment when filling and mixing.
• Ensure product meets quality standards before leaving the production area.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of production areas.
• Inspect tank trucks before loading/unloading per SOPs.
• Review all paperwork and SOPs before loading/unloading.
• Review Batch Records and ensure correct raw materials and order of addition.
