Job summary

Hydrite, located in Waterloo, Iowa, is seeking a Chemical Production Operator responsible for loading and unloading products, and ensuring quality standards are met within the production area. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and preferred experience in chemical processing.

This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and up to 10% retirement contribution, along with various additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage available from the first day of the month following hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in chemical processing or manufacturing is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Undergo drug screening during pre-employment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload bulk products and manufacture liquid products.
• Inspect containers and ensure product meets quality standards.
• Participate in Emergency Response Team and related training.
