Qualifications

• RN licensed and diploma/licensure at hire
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
• Active Oklahoma RN license required prior to hire date

Responsibilities

• Lead the Care Journey by implementing and monitoring individualized patient care plans.
• Record, track, and communicate changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary team.
• Flawlessly carry out physician and APP orders per clinical protocols.
• Coordinate all clinical disciplines to ensure cohesive, collaborative patient care.
