The role requires strong communication and the ability to handle luggage, inquiries, and safety checks. Night shift experience is essential, and flexibility across shifts is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Experience of night shift work is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations from sundown to sunrise.
• Manage Food & Beverage during the night shift.
• Welcome guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Keep public areas immaculate and prepare meeting spaces.
• Assist guests with luggage and conduct nightly safety audits.
