Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a dedicated polysomnographic technologist to support sleep study evaluations and patient care in the sleep lab. You will perform comprehensive evaluations and treatment of sleep disorders under supervision, including scoring sleep studies and assisting with staff supervision.

Responsibilities include equipment calibration, PAP fitting, data collection, and documentation to ensure accurate results for diagnosis and patient education.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT).
• AMA graduate or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Performs polysomnographic data acquisition and monitors signal quality.
• Scores sleep/wake stages and clinical events according to guidelines.
• Documents observations, procedures, and patient responses for accurate interpretation.
• Assists with patient safety and therapeutic interventions as needed.
