Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a polysomnography program leading to an associate degree with emphasis in polysomnography or
• Completion of a polysomnography program of no less than one-year duration at an approved facility or equivalent experience
• Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or equivalent
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Perform 16-channel polysomnography and patient care with education.
• Apply electrodes/sensors, calibrate equipment, ensure high-quality data collection.
• Provide accurate scoring and documentation; implement PAP therapies.
• May supervise other staff as needed.
