Qualifications

• High School or equivalent is required.

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and statutes regarding pharmacy practice and distribution of drugs and controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision with pharmacy tasks.
• Answer phones and provide customer service.
• Collect patient information and maintain records as required by policy.
• Prepare medication orders and compound medications as appropriate.
• Maintain medication inventories and monitor controlled substances.
