Job summary

CVS Health Staff Pharmacist position based in a CVS location focuses on safe dispensing, patient counseling, and administering immunizations. You’ll support the Pharmacy Manager, lead the pharmacy team on bench shifts, and uphold safety and quality standards to improve patient care.

You will be responsible for managing workflow, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations while maintaining compassionate patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pharmacy as a proxy during bench shifts and coach staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and support Pharmacy Manager in daily operations.
