Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframe.
• Verify prescription information and labeling for accuracy and safety.
• Provide exceptional patient counseling and care.
• Support immunization services and patient education.
• Assist in pharmacy operations and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Manager and team to deliver safe, quality care.
