Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions with safe and accurate labeling.
• Counsel patients and provide immunization services.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager during shifts and coach the pharmacy team.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails at every workstation.
• Address insurance and medication issues to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
