Baptist Life Communities is seeking a Personal Care Assistant for the 10 pm to 6 am shift in Alexandria, KY. This role provides direct personal care to residents and supports activities of daily living as outlined in care plans.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and work well with a diverse team under supervision of the Nurse Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate well through speech, written word and body language.
• Ability to foster teamwork and work with all levels of personnel.

Responsabilités

• Learn and become proficient in essential PCA duties under supervision of the Assisted Living Nurse Manager.
• Attend trainings to build understanding and capacity for QAPI work.
• Carry out QAPI roles and responsibilities as assigned.
• Follow established policies and procedures in support of QAPI efforts.
• Support QAPI efforts verbally and non-verbally, adjusting performance and practice per findings.
