Job summary

First Day Homecare is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to provide one‑on‑one pediatric home nursing in Cleveland, NC. You’ll perform tracheostomy care, ventilator support, G‑tube care, and medications per the plan of care, while monitoring the child’s condition.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN or LPN license.
• Pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator management experience required.
• G‑tube experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and a compassionate, family-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to a pediatric patient at home.
• Perform tracheostomy care and ventilator management.
• Provide G‑tube care, feedings, and medications as ordered.
• Monitor the patient’s condition and respond to changes.
• Follow the plan of care and emergency protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and communicate with family and clinical team.
