Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a RN Pediatric Float for McLane Children's Hospital in Temple, TX. This full-time night position covers 36 hours per week and requires float capability across Med Surg, ED, PICU, NICU, and other pediatric areas.

Qualifications

• Education: Grad of an Accredited Program or 2 years of work experience beyond minimum qualification.
• Major: Nursing.
• Experience: 1 Year of Experience.

Responsibilities

• Clinical judgment: develop, implement and evaluate the nursing plan of care.
• Collaborate with care team to assess and treat patients.
• Advocate for patient safety and quality of care.
• Utilize electronic health records and document appropriately.
• Provide age-specific nursing care per department standards.
