Job summary

Asante’s 17-bed pediatrics unit seeks an experienced RN to provide compassionate pediatric nursing care within a well‑established hospital setting in Medford, Oregon. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care for patients from birth to 17 years, across multiple pediatric services.

The role requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of RN experience, and active Oregon RN licensure with BLS; PALS must be obtained within 4 months of hire.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred for RN role.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
• RN licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing required at start.
• BLS certification required at start.
• PALS certification must be obtained within 4 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate interdepartmentally to deliver excellent pediatric care.
• Participate in clinical teams to focus on evidence-based improvements.
• Demonstrate organizational skills in nursing care delivery with flexibility for changing priorities.
