Job summary

Children's Nebraska is seeking a registered nurse to deliver high‑quality pediatric ambulatory care, coordinating patient care, performing age‑appropriate assessments, and collaborating with the MD team to ensure timely, safe care.

Required are an RN license valid in Nebraska (or compact), BLS, and either a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in nursing, plus a minimum of 1 year of RN experience. Pediatric experience and EPIC proficiency are preferred. Full‑time, M-F day shifts.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Nebraska or compact state.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience; pediatric experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic, age-specific patient and family assessments.
• Coordinate and document patient care plans with the care team.
• Communicate plans of care clearly to patients and families.
• Perform nursing actions per clinical guidelines and unit standards.
• Support continuity of care through chart reviews and referrals.
