BrioHR Pte Ltd in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) for the AFC program. This Part Time role covers 10pm-6:30am and involves assisting adults age 55+ with personal care, meals, medications and daily living activities.

You will provide compassionate, person-centered support in a home-like setting under LifeCircles PACE - AFC. CNA certification preferred; CPR required or obtained within 30 days; weekend availability required.

Qualifikationen

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the State of Michigan preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience working with the frail elderly, long-term care population, or end-of-life care.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within the first 30 days of employment.
• Physical ability to assist with participant transfers, mobility, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, professionalism, and high ethical standards.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct personal care in accordance with individualized care plans, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support.
• Support participant comfort, dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
• Maintain a safe environment through appropriate supervision and assistance.
• Administer medications as trained and directed and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment and perform routine housekeeping.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist participants with eating and dining supervision.
• Encourage participation in meaningful activities and social engagement.
• Communicate effectively with the team and collaborate on care plan implementation.
• Complete accurate documentation and follow organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays, and participate in required training.
