Job summary

BrioHR Pte Ltd is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) for LifeCircles PACE - AFC in Muskegon, MI. The role is per diem with weekend and some weekdays, offering flexible scheduling and a compassionate, home-like setting for adults 55 and older.

You will provide personal care, meds support, meals, housekeeping, and life enrichment activities, aiming to promote independence, dignity, and safety in daily living within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in Michigan preferred.
• 1-3 years experience with frail elderly or long-term care.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Physical ability to assist with transfers, mobility, and ADLs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication, compassion and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and with teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care per care plans (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Support participant comfort, dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Maintain a safe home-like environment through supervision and assistance.
• Administer medications as trained and document accurately.
• Keep home clean, safe and organized; perform housekeeping tasks and laundry.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals; assist with eating and dining supervision.
• Facilitate meaningful activities to promote social engagement and quality of life.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plan implementation.
