BrioHR Pte Ltd is seeking a Personal Care Aide AFC in Muskegon, MI on a flexible schedule. The role involves providing compassionate care to adults 55+ in an AFC setting, assisting with personal care, medications, meals, housekeeping, and life enrichment.

Key responsibilities include direct care, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support care plans. CNA preferred, CPR required within 30 days, with weekend availability and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience with frail elderly or long-term care.
• CPR certification current or obtainable within 30 days.
• Physical ability to assist with ADLs and transfers.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct personal care per care plans (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility).
• Support comfort, dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Maintain a safe home-like environment with supervision and assistance.
• Administer medications as trained and document accurately.
• Perform daily living tasks (housekeeping, laundry, meal prep).
• Collaborate with the care team to implement the care plan.
• Complete documentation and comply with policies and regulations.
