Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and leadership to maintain a professional site environment.
