Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document and communicate observations according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor access, and assist with maintaining orderly traffic flow.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports, and notify Allied Universal leadership of security-related concerns.
