Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Incidents in Leesburg, VA. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to security incidents with professionalism.

This full-time role requires you to carry out site policies, document observations, and maintain detailed incident logs. A guard card or license and CPR certification are preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to carry out security procedures and respond to emergencies.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations; document and communicate observations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points; verify visitor and contractor access as directed.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports and notify site leadership of concerns.
