Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Stuarts Draft, VA. You will serve clients, perform routine patrols, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents while supporting a welcoming environment.

This is a full-time driving post with a pay rate of $18.93 per hour. As part of a collaborative team, you will monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, document observations, and respond to incidents with calm, professional communication.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document observations, and communicate concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of food/beverage production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify authorizations, and maintain entry records.
• Observe facility conditions and report issues affecting operations or security protocols.
