Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols across multiple site areas to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and communicate information to leadership.
