Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying visitor and employee credentials and document entry/exit activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and notify appropriate contacts and emergency services.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports and communicate updates to leadership.
