Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Patrol Driver for the Horicon, WI location on a 3rd shift. You will monitor production areas, deter incidents, and support badge/access control while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be 19+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
