Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer - Driver Patrol in Horicon, WI. The role involves patrolling, access control, and customer service to protect clients in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license in accordance with policy.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Age 19+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations and notify appropriate contacts or emergency services.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, production support spaces, parking areas, access points, and exterior perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and assist with site entry/exit procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs accurately and per site requirements.
