Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer - Driver Patrol for a part-time schedule in Horicon, Wisconsin. The role pays $21.50 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license with a background check.

You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access, respond to incidents, and complete incident and activity reports. This position emphasizes customer service, safety, and adherence to site procedures within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, equipment alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, production support spaces, parking areas, access points, and the exterior perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and assist with compliance with site entry and exit procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs accurately and in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Job Schedule:

• Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
