Qualifications

• CNA or CPCT certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility support.
• Record vital signs and report findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support meals, bathing, grooming, linen changes, and continence care.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and proper PPE usage.
• Communicate patient information clearly to the care team.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in performance improvement and safety goals.
