Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of clerical/customer service experience; healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients and visitors in Patient Access/Administrative Services.
• Assist with scheduling, registration, pre-admission processing and registration across clinics.
• Verify demographics and insurance benefits, provide cost estimates and secure pre-certifications/authorizations.
• Educate patients on insurance coverage, financial clearance, and available financial assistance.
• Ensure accurate paperwork completion and timely reporting and billing.
