Responsibilities

• Works with patients and families to explain financial clearance processes and estimated costs.
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information; secures pre-certifications and pre-notifications.
• Performs scheduling, registration, and ADT functions across multiple clinics.
• Provides customer service to patients and visitors with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintains scheduling templates and coordinates with Care Management and Social Work for reimbursement info.
