Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, collect demographics and insurance information.
• Verify insurance coverage, obtain referrals/authorizations as needed.
• Collect out-of-pocket payments at the time of service and answer phones for outpatient visits.
• Search and verify patient information and ensure accuracy.
